[FIXED] Strange (font?) corruption in Terminal and Chromium

Today I am experiencing something strange; namely that my fonts 'toggle' between black and white after I type something, or scroll in Terminal (existing text just becomes black or white?). I already tried regenerating fontcaches, but nothing seems to work. I am not sure if its font related. Here are some screenshots:

I know the text isn't gone because the terminals are actually transparant and I can see the black text...

All packages are up to date, and my hardware is a GeForce GTX 570 HD using Nouveau.

Try downgrading cairo to 1.10.2-3.

Yeah, that worked, thanks a lot! Now I just need to find out why cairo caused such strange problems big_smile
