Re: [SOLVED]Gnome Shell died

Can you find what kernel vomits on this time?
Look for some logs on /var/log, maybe file /var/log/errors have something?

Keyboard and mouse stops, but what about rest of system? Have you seen something works on that time? Maybe flash animation or something? Maybe you was watching movie or listening to music at this time?

I just opened the wireless connection, less than two seconds the gnome-shell died, the keyboard and mouse stoped either;
but i can see that key CapsLk's LED turns  on or off in loops.

Re: [SOLVED]Gnome Shell died

It's called kernel panic. First of all, boot your computer from a LiveCD and check the content of log files. Then disable all daemons and modules and check if you can boot to a minimal console environment. You may also want to modify your /etc/inittab so that you can boot to a single user runlevel.

Re: [SOLVED]Gnome Shell died

a kernel panic happens when the kernel can't handle a certain command anymore. It's a bug in the kernel, in the compilation options used to compile the kernel, or in one of the modules loaded.

ndxt to what bohoomil suggests, you could try using another kernel (like the lts or ck-kernel from the aur).

have you installed new hardware recently?

Re: [SOLVED]Gnome Shell died

So probably some issue that got fixed in one of the 3.3 kernel releases.
