Unable to stream NPR Radio as in past

Up until a few weeks ago I streamed NPR Radio using:

cvlc http://www.nwpr.org/07/Listen/classical_high.m3u

I could also play it in Chromium. Now Chromium directs me to: "http://69.166.45.60/nwpr" and fails to play anything but the intro. Same problem using cvlc.

Any ideas how to find a better streaming address for this radio station?
