Decided to add a little shading and monochrome
Nice, wolfcore... I know I saw it somewhere but can't locate it.. How did you get the shading like that? I've searched but apparently not using the right keywords

Using Compton to render the shading, I put this in my .xinitrc:
compton -cCGbf -o 0.75 -t 0.02 -l 0.02 -r 3.5

HAH... Been using compton but not with the right values... Thanks man.

@wolfcore: What a nice music collection! Not a common thing these days, I believe.

Thanks, I wish more people enjoyed classical music!

@Anoknusa It's not my setup. I just went back and posted link to white rocks github.
Uh... Huh..? Wha..? You posted a screenshot of someone else's desktop? One you didn't put any effort into? So you can't answer any of our questions about it? Confusion abounds.

@ANOKNUSA dude! what are you smoking? You asked in a forum if the screen shots are from Awesome. I helped you by answering as much as I knew. People post their dotfile on github and link was in his footer which I posted to give you direction. You do not pay me for tech support. I am just trying to help.

Thanks. I'm glad you like it.
It's all in one file xD
I'm working on a neon-green clone and a neon-red clone + the matching gtk2 & emerald themes.
I'll upload 'em all once they're done.

Yeah, I originally found it last night on wallbase.cc, but can't seem to find the link anymore
Anyways, the original image: http://i.imgur.com/wapGl.jpg
And I modified it a bit (more brightness and contrast): http://i.imgur.com/1Wqdn.png

I didn't ask you for tech support; I was confused because you posted a link to someone else's github without clarifying that it wasn't yours, then "clarified" by simply saying it wasn't yours. I didn't know who or what whiterock was (because not everyone uses the same screen name all the time), and was confused by your terse posts. Calm down.

All different DWM. Openbox made me realise that bitmap fonts are not nice at all, plus I discovered the compositing that Compton can offer. I decided to translate those things I liked of my OB setup to DWM, so I patched DWM with the pango patch and I'm also running Compton now. I have a slightly differrent patchlist (no statuscolors) and my status script has been shortened.

Pretty much same old same old, but now i3 instead of dwm, using xfce4-panel for a taste of DE-ness without actually going there.
Working on a new Xdefaults, the green in particular needs a tweak, since green distinguishes my SSH prompt from my home prompt. I do like the green, I just need a slight extra oomph to it
