Can't get webDAV working

Did exactly what it says in wiki https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/WebDAV
but still..

Could not access /dav/ (not WebDAV-enabled?):

I know this is old and I'm not an expert either, but anyways:
I got this working by putting the dav folder below my document root, meaning /srv/http/dav and then the rest of tutorial worked.
I assume the author of the tutorial uses '/home/http' as his document root?
