radiotray + youtube flash player colision

i have sound problem when i start radiotray(internet radio streaming program), and when i fire up youtube videos in my chromium and firefox browser. Only 1 can be heard at a time(sound from my youtube video or sound from my radiotray app).. that is my problem. im on arch + kde.
This is the terminal output when i fireup radiotray:

I've had similar problems before on a different computer, but I can't remember what my solution was. The Wiki has a suggestion, though.

Bellum thanks for reply, but that is too much documentation for such small problem.. i must add this. that i have Chromium actualy and not google chrome i will edit last post, now i tested it out on Firefox and the same problem. But on konqueror it works, video is very buggy almost unwatchable(strange frame pops up), but sound is working.  I don't know what can be the problem, maybe gstreamer probably, since i use it as a backend. I really have no clue on this one. I don't want to be ignorant, i will chek out for sure that documentation, but meanwhile if someone has straightforward solution that would save me from headache i would be very grateful
