Access Logitech Wireless Presenter R400 as USB pen drive

Hello guys,

I have a Logitech Wireless Presenter R400 [1] which comes with a little USB receiver that needs to be plugged into the computer in order to use the presenter.

Now I'm looking for a way to access this receiver as a pen drive to put data, i.e. a presentation, on it.

Any ideas if this is technically possible?
