Overclock is not in use when acpi_cpufreq loaded

I made a overclock in the Bios to 3.2ghz.
When I boot my pc without the acpi_cpufreq module loaded, my cpufreq in lscpu is 3.2ghz. But it is always at that speed. I would like to have cpu scaling, because of power consumption.
When I enable that module I have cpu scaling, but the top speed never goes to 3.2ghz. (Tested with mprime)
I want to have cpu scalling, with top speed of 3.2ghz.
What file I have to edit? /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies OR /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq
I also checked: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/CP … cy_Scaling , but didn't see much result.
Some tip?
