DWM, changed colors after a long time, gone xft in urxvt, started using tmux.

Finally got my new laptop charger in and have it up again... Hell, the last one I had only had an 4.3 amp O/P and this big SOB easily has a 6 amp draw so I ordered a 8.7.. I need new batteries as well. One is totally shot and the other isn't far behind.. Still sporting DWM...
True 'dirty'.. Except the alsi and colors script usually are doing other things of course..

Forgive my newbie-ness but how did you get those lines in your terminal that indicate that you're on a new line? I see them everywhere in everyone's terminals but have no idea how they do it.

Check if a) you have locale set properly (UTF-8), b) your font provides the characters you need to display the prompt (actually the majority of ttf fonts will/should have them).
