Notifications from Flyspray: Disclosed recipients

Hi,

since yesterday, the e-mail addresses of all recipients can be seen in notification e-mails from flyspray:

From: Arch Linux <...@archlinux.org>
To: ...@gmail.com, ...@web.de, ...@gmail.com, ...@archlinux.de, ...
Subject: FS#30081: [cups-1.5.3-3] failed to print and add new printer and ...

Is this intentional? A new version of flyspray was released recently, but I can't see anything like this in its changelog.

I don't think this change does any immediate harm (because only people subscribed to the bugtracker can see my address). On the other hand, this isn't really necessary, is it? If possible, I think it would be great if we could get back the old behaviour.
