A couple of suggestions
I'm not sure if these were already proposed, if so I apologize.
1. Enabling the user to upload a PKGBUILD without the need to create a tar.gz out of it.
2. Having the possibility of receiving e-mail notification whenever someone comments on a package the user made.

And the first one is even in Flyspray and probably will be implemented if there is another 1.x release. Otherwise you will have to wait longer until v2.0 is released.
