Linux docs are in a separate package in [core]. The kernel should detect new NICs if they are supported. If it needs a special module, look in the AUR.

NIC works as should.
my question is different: briefly: where can i find options available for a module ?

We should teach you more google. I found "via_rhine kernel module" to be quite an insightful query.
