deleted repos by mistake

Hey all,

The mirrorselect program apparently deletes are the servers in /etc/pacman.d if you run it when behind a firewall that blocks pings, like the one my university runs. oops. so now i cant update my system. ive looked around a bit for the repos for extra, current, and unstable but i cant find any. i tried reinstalling pacman and filesystem. can anyone tell me what i need to do to get the repos back or, failing at that, post the contents of their /etc/pacman.d/extra current, and unstable files?

thanks a lot
