[ SOLVED ] GTK horizontal box object alignment

Is there a way to set window or hbox default alignment ?

I mean, as you can see in the screenshot, if I resize my window, contents of the hbox ( or hbox itself ) are being centered vertically, but I want it to stick to the top.

At some point a fixed size ( no ability to resize ) would work, but that's not what I'm after for this time.

Edit: seems that adding everything into a vbox does exactly what I was looking for.
