compiz troubles

Hi, I'm new  to Arch. I have installed Archbang on my acer travelmate 4050 with video chip intel 855gm. It's surprisingly fast and powerful, I'm not going to switch back! I had Debian Sid on this machine prevously with xfce4, kde for a little while and lxde lastly. Compiz used to run smoothly. Now it sends me straight to login whenever I start it. I like compiz's windows  selectors and "wall", I'm lost without them. I've read many threads about this issue but I couldn't  get it work. Thanks in advance.

Archbang isn't Archlinux - you shouldn't be asking for help in this forum, so should ask for help in their forums.
