kexec-tools with linux 3.4.2.2, kernel panics at reboot

I 'm using the latest official kexec-tools with the official arch kernel 3.4.2.2 . I tried to reboot multiple times and it doesn't reboot normally. No logs whatso ever. kernel panics evey time.
Seems like a bug.
any ideas?

after posting this thread kexec worked once.

Kernel panics on almost every boot for me. When it doesn't panic during boot, it panics a few minutes after.

I'm using the standard core kernel *not* testing.
