I am using
dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest="org.freedesktop.UPower" /org/freedesktop/UPower org.freedesktop.UPower.Suspend
to suspend my laptop. I also have xscreensaver which asks for password upon resume or upon 5 minutes of not using the computer.
Since the last Arch update yesterday, upon resume all I can see is just mouse cursor, which I can move, but the xscreensaver box with field to type in the password doesn't appear, even though xscreensaver is blanking the entire screen.
This does not happen upon boot or upon time-out, when xscreensaver box appears instantly if I press any key or move mouse cursor.

Did is only happen to me? I could not find anything in the internet.

If you blindly type your password and press enter does it log you in. You may just have some weird color config in your .Xresources or something that keeps the box from being visible, but typing your password should still work.

I don't really see how your issue is similar (except for the fact that xscreensaver is one of the affected packages).
Now, if you would just make an effort (other than posting extremely detailed posts such as your latest one) and copy/paste that error into the forum's search box; you'll find roughly a dozen threads explaining exactly how to fix it.
Burninate!

Well, the issue turned out not to be connected to xscreensaver. I removed it and still I get blank black screen with moving cursor even when the password is not needed.
The issue persists since last two kernel updates. Maybe it is connected to newest nvidia driver?
