Really nice work on this one, guys. Its nice and professional, while being friendly and chatty at the same time. A much more interesting and entertaining read than previous newsletters. Kudos!

Our baby Arch is growing up!
Year ago some users were worried if Arch can handle it. But Arch is doing well in all aspects - packages, documentation, support and development.
I think the key of success is in the delegation of work.
