No connection to internet after updating
Hello,
I made an update after a long time and everything went ok, except one side-effect: my network connection it's not working anymore. After a little research I discovered that in the resolv.conf file there is no entry (dhcpd it;s not generating any entryies anymore). I have a pppoe connection. After adding the nameserver by hand, the connection it's running. What should I do/check?

How are you establishing your connection (manually via cli, using networkmanger,...)?

I set from the pppoe-setup to start the connection at boot. I don't use NM.
I rc.conf I have:
....
MODULES=(ppp-generic)
...
DAEMONS=(syslog-ng network ppp dbus udev @crond)Offline

Hi, i've got the same issue. Modifying the resolv.conf by hands didn't work, but ifconfig eth0 up did and netxt netcfg ethernet-dhcp worked well.
