Why doesn't the AUR rpc return dependencies?

Why doesn't the AUR rpc return the list of dependencies and "required by" packages.

This information is available on the AUR web interface, e.g. http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=5863, but not via a rpc call, e.g.  http://aur.archlinux.org/rpc.php?type=info&arg=yaourt

The dependencies list would be nice to have easily accessible by scripts so that dependent packages can be found and installed.

I think you should ask in the aur-general mailing list. You'll have more chances that this kind of question arrives to the right people
