I hape intel wifi card in my laptop.

...Wifi connection is just freez sometime, it is bit strange but I am getting this error in log

You can get it here:

There's many places on the internet that describe how to compile/install a kernel... including the Arch wiki.
I hope you're aware that the "-rcX" versions are unstable/test kernels.

looks that after firmware package update few days ago it is stable
I have installed this version:
pacman -Qs firmware
local/linux-firmware 20120625-1
Firmware files for LinuxI have no any problems for last days.

Exact same problem since the last kernel update. What a nasty little kernel bug this is!
$ uname -a
Linux 3.4.4-2-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sun Jun 24 18:59:47 CEST 2012 x86_64 GNU/Linux
$ pacman -Qs firmware
local/linux-firmware 20120625-1
You still have the same problem unless you downgrade to 3.2.x something.
