Mirror list update and ftp

Everything works fine. I noticed that almost all ftp addresses were removed. I wonder why.

The only server that still uses ftp is Singapore. In the previous mirrorlist, there was no alternative for Singapore.

FTP is crap and causes countless issues.  As you noted, we kept the ftp mirror when there was no other option available for the region.

I've used only ftp mirrors since since moving to arch two years ago with no issues at all. So what are they?
