gummiboot: a new uefi boot loader

I had been using elilo as my UEFI boot loader however I could never get the menu system to work. Not sure why. Today I installed gummiboot, it looks pretty neat. The menu system works fine.

Re: gummiboot: a new uefi boot loader

Interesting. It's not actually a bootloader, but a manager like rEFInd, which means all it does is run other bootloaders (with EFI_STUB, the kernel is it's own bootloader). I like it's simplicity. Once I get an EFI machine (I don't expect it'll happen soon though), gummiboot is what I'll go for.
