Tonight I had another case when my laptop wake itself up into BSoD so to speak. That is I woke up in the super early morning due to the laptop fan making crazy noises and running like mad. This now happened for second time but it is very irregular. I am honestly shocked that a laptop can wake itself up and I do not have any wired connections. Even power was turned on. As I was very sleepy I did not pay attention nor to what was written on the screen nor to what time that was. Where can I start looking for the log?
I looked at regular messages.log & errors.log and did not find anything suspicious. However what I found all over my errors.log is "ath: phy0: Unable to reset hardware; reset status -22 (freq 2437 MHz)" Looks like the wifi card fails at some reset. It does not have any effect on regular operations but since the log is filled with that message I thought it could be fixed. Google did not return anything here.
So two questions at once.

I also have similar message in logs:
ath: phy0: Unable to reset hardware; reset status -5 (freq 2457 MHz)And I cannot get my wifi connection restored when resuming from suspend. It was working fine in 3.3 kernels but from 3.4 kernel its showing this problem and even compiling the kernel can't solve this issue.
I'm using ath9k and only work around it to reload ath9k module and then connect to wifi.
