Problem with floola (ipod)

Hi guys,
today i tried to use floola on arch. Without results. Instead on mac and windows, works everything and no problems.
I tried to download directly from author's website and when i'm going to open the program, nothing happen.
So i searched on the aur and i found it!
Downloaded and installed after many many many libraries and i got working (only the program).
When i open it, it says me: ipod not found, please make sure it is connected and refer to online documentation to properly set it up.Ipod and iphones are at the moment not supported.
So, i have last gen of ipod classic, arch x64 and this "online documentation" report only to install a particular x64 library. Did it.
Before post, i read the article ipod on wiki:

But no help. On mac and win, i had set my serial (how wiki instructions) without problems, but here i don't do it, because i can't for this damn error.

You could try gtkpod. It's working for me.
