Gnome hot corner funkyness

Is anyone else experiencing Gnome randomly positioning the windows like you've gone to the hot corner after the xorg-server/xorg-server-common update to 1.12.3?

Running arch as a VirtualBox guest. I've downgraded to 1.12.2 and it's back to normal.
