kernel 2.6.0-2 ... DRI not working

i switched to 2.6.0-1 yesterday, and after some configuration, everything worked nice ... actually better than before!

today, when i "pacman -Suy"-ed my arch, it installed the new init-scripts and the new kernel=2.6.0-2 ... unfortunately this killed somehow the 3d-hardware-acceleration on my X :-(

i use "radeon" and the driver initializes without problems (/var/log/XFree86.0.log)
... the only line in the log that is a little bit strange is:

(WW) RADEON(0): [agp] AGP not available

any ideas what happened?

Re: kernel 2.6.0-2 ... DRI not working

Radeon is not working for me either, but it was not working with the previous kernel either; dmesg outputs

[drm] Initialized radeon 1.9.0 20020828 on minor 0
[drm:radeon_cp_init] *ERROR* radeon_cp_init called without lock held
[drm:radeon_unlock] *ERROR* Process 498 using kernel context 0

I also get that AGP problem in the XFreeLog. dmesg only errors when i startx. Before x is started, only the line 'Initialized radeon 1.9.0...' is shown. I recompiled the kernel, but then i got an error when i tried modprobing the radeon module: 'unknown symbol' and there were errors on the compilation of the radeon driver in the kernel compile. If i find out how to fix it, i will let you know, but until then, i am DR[I/M]less.

Re: kernel 2.6.0-2 ... DRI not working

it's the same for me:

Dec 21 14:11:29 Asteraceae kernel: [drm:radeon_cp_init] *ERROR* radeon_cp_init called without lock held
Dec 21 14:11:29 Asteraceae kernel: [drm:radeon_unlock] *ERROR* Process 1592 using kernel context 0
Dec 21 14:16:53 Asteraceae kernel: Symbol table has incorrect version number.

... i will also inform you if i managed to solve this problem ...
