It's not firefox, it is probably dwb or jumanji.

You can definately make Firefox look like that with Pentadactyl and/or userChrome.css.
Example
Edit: However, as you said, it is dwb in that screenshot.

Would you mind sharing your userChrome.css tweaks? I like that "out of the way" minimalism.

Sure, no problem. It's a bit of a work in progress though and only the most superficial colours have been tweaked.
~/.pentadactylrc
~/.pentadactyl/colors/dwb.penta (This contains the Chrome CSS elements; lines 65 - 127)
This requires the extension "Moveable Firefox Button" which is used to move the Firefox button to the Bookmarks Toolbar which I toggle with 's'.
Without the extension you'll be burdened with a slightly flattened Firefox logo in the top left preceeding the tabs.

New GTK theme (OMG-Dark)
and showing off a new window switcher I've just started using - à la Skippy/Compiz Scale/Mac OS Exposé but blazing fast - courtesy of user Mitrandir from the Maemo Talk forums... Meet Telescope:
Still a work in progress, but working pretty well by now. So well, that it scales without hiccups on the Raspberry Pi. It was originally developed for the Nokia Internet Tablets, running Maemo OS, but he has successfully updated it to work on desktop Linux. Tested on DWM (a few bugs) and Fluxbox (nothing major).
Really like your setup. Awesome...! no dwm.. but yeeh... well, does that panel/awm/dock? "conflict" with the other windows ? By that I mean when you skip throw the windows or tile does it then get selected ? or is it ignored? I'ed loved to have both the speed of only use keyboard and to use mouse in a nice way.

You can simplify the tab section of your theme by:
#TabsToolbar toolbarbutton {
display: none !important;
}
which removes all the stuff from the tab bar ( firefox, tabclose and newtab buttons)
e.g. I use this pentadactylrc for fixed-width minimalistic tabs in firefox

Thanks w0ng, in fact it was your git files which I garnered most of my inspiration from initially.
