Suspend troubles

Hello, My notebook Y550P Lenovo can't wake up after suspend. I'm using acpid daemon for this.

$ lspci | grep VGA
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GT216 [GeForce GT 240M] (rev a2)
$ uname -a
Linux barm-laptop 3.4.6-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Jul 20 08:21:26 CEST 2012 x86_64 GNU/Linux
NVIDIA Driver Version: 302.17

I've already tried to add 'vga=0' to kernel line in grub and this failed.

What's wrong is here? Any logs are appreciated?
