Lotro Bullroarer Installer: java.lang.NullPointerException

When i start the lotro installer for the bullroarer test server i get the message: Exception in thread "LibgcjInternalFinalizerThread" java.lang.NullPointerException, when starting the executable.
I searched the internet but dont find any solution.
