Works for me too. Did you get cwm5.1 from the AUR? I'm a little bit more fond of sithwm at the moment, but I also like cwm, especially on Gentoo where 5.1 is in the repos.

How exactly are you trying to open it?
Opens in a new tab in my firefox just fine. Have you tried downloading it with e.g. wget? Works here.

Great minds think alike! I tried FF new tab first, then wget ("Connection closed at byte 0.") before I made that post.

I just went to ompldr.org and clicked on the first thumb - big_smile - and that worked.
