no sound in dofus (32 bit)

Hi, I've built the game Dofus from aur, and it plays fine for the most part, but the sound quit working a while back and a reinstall hasn't fixed the problem.  Here's the messages I'm getting when running the game from terminal:

Reg connection manager is the sound portion of the game that runs alongside the main client, and it says the connection failed but it doesn't say why.  I haven't had any other sound problems really, every other application works fine.  My install of Arch was redone fairly recently, as I went from 64 bit back to 32 bit Arch.  I'm hoping someone else that plays has had this problem.  Thanks!

Same problem, get back at me if you figure it out. Oh yeah, one difference is that there was never any sound after install.

I've also had this problem on and off. For a while it only happened occasionally and could be fixed by logging out/in X, and for a while it was working perfectly, but after 2.6 beta sound was off every time. I recently tried installing Dofus in wine and sound does work in it, but it had other bugs that seemed to be absent in the Linux installation. I experimented a little and found that I can use the Linux client and UpLauncher, along with Reg in wine, to play sound. To do this, just replace the content of /opt/dofus/share/reg/bin/Reg with

#!/bin/bash

wine ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Dofus2/app/reg/Reg.exe -- $*

I guess this means the problem is with the Linux version of Reg, and not the client or UpLauncher. But specifically is it a problem in the Reg shell script provided by the AUR package, or the Linux version of Adobe Air? Does the official Dofus Linux version (which I guess only works on Ubuntu etc) have a Reg binary, like Reg.exe?
