bluetooth dongle problem

I'm having trouble using a Generic USB Bluetooth Dongle (bluetake Bt007Si). I've installed the bluez-utils and bluez-libs packages via pacman and started the bluetooth service (dbus starts earlier).
But when I tried to find the dongle...

# hcitool dev
Devices:

and (it's obviously)

# hcitool scan
Device is not available: No such device

Blueman also can't find this device.

But

# lsusb
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 1310:0001 Roper Class 1 Bluetooth Dongle

Meanwhile, dongle works on windows8RP and debian 6.0.4, but doesn't work on ubuntu 12.04
Does anyone have any ideas?

PS: I'm sorry for my terrible English, but on my lang forum I get only one advice:"Buy a new dongle"
