Start Program with specific user

Hi

Many programs bring their own user to run with. This improves security because its easier to control the access privileges.

Ok. So lets say my Package installs a new User to be run with. This user has more right than a normal user, since he can modify some files a normal user cant.
The normal user howerver should still be able to run my software, and when run, my software should automatically use this special user.

I hope my point is clear. How do i achieve this? Maybe its better to use a Group instead of an user?
