Hi all,
I downloaded the installation image labeled 2012.08.04, write it on a usb-stick and booted the x86_64 system.
The boot process hang up on network daemon setup with the state BUSY.
Can I disable automatically network start-up giving some flag at boot prompt?
I'm using a Dell Vostro laptop, where is already installed Ubuntu linux and the net works fine, I'm wired connected to a router running a DHCP server.

Burning the image on a DVD-RW and booting from it seems to resolve the problem, maybe the USB stick has damaged memory. Anyway for now I was able to install it.
