Hi,
I've been experiencing a curious problem since I have upgraded to KDE 4.9. At seemingly random times, the locking the desktop shows a static image of my desktop.
I am using the blank screensaver and I didn't notice this with any previous KDE release. I am also using Intel 3000 graphics. Is anyone else having this problem?

I also noticed the issue and I'm an Intel user too.
It's unlikely that this is related to packaging, you should search for an appropriate upstrem bug or file a new one.

Is there a way I can gather any more information on this issue. I feel bad submitting a bug report with just "this feature doesn't work!"
but I guess here goes.

I still get it as well. I'm hoping that the new screen locker in kde 4.10 fixes this.
I've been tracking a bug report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=305270

I get a similar bug. When i lock the screen on kde 4.9 the last tab of firefox is showed! This is not good if you are watching porn! XD

I didn't have this issue in 4.9 but in 4.10, I sometimes see my desktop after I wake from sleep and before the box appears to unlock the screen - not the right way around at all!
