[dilip@Zeus Desktop]$ So, should i force the upgrade or is something wrong with my system?

If you force the upgrade there's a good chance there WILL be something wrong with your system.
What does pacman say owns those files? (pacman -Qo <filename>)

hold on. got confused while talking.
rem : never problem solve while talking to someone on phone
this is the actual output of one of the files
[dilip@Zeus Desktop]$ pacman -Qo /usr/lib/libreoffice/program/libwpftlo.so

You must have previously installed LO writer without pacman.
Yet it's in your package database somehow. Out of curiosity I'd run pacman -Ql libreoffice-writer to see which files it actually owns, but no matter the outcome, I'd suggest removing all those files that are not owned by any package (and search for others while your at it) then update as usual.

I use powerpill-light to upgrade or install packages above 20 mb.
As suggested, i removed those files, did a pacman -Syu and everything went smoothly. Back to normal.
For your pleasure
[dilip@Zeus Desktop]$ pacman -Ql libreoffice-writer
[dilip@Zeus Desktop]$Thanks for the help.

Does it still report nothing for libreoffice-writer? Because something is wrong. I don't know what powerpill-light does but if it has those kinds of results, it isn't good at all...
