Hey guys, this forum has been a great help over the months, reading posts and stuff, preparing to someday install Arch (hands down the best distro)
Here's the nitty gritty:
I have a 40 gig hard drive, the first 10 gigs contain a fresh installation of XP using fat32, then there's 500mb for swap, and then 30 gigs for Arch. I'm not sure at all how to get into my Windows partition, I do still need it for a few things, and plus it's good to have the best of both worlds, even though this one is way better. Please help, thanks.

You'll need to add an entry for WinXP in your GRUB menu.lst file. Look here for some examples on how to do it:

Amazing! This worked perfectly, to anyone else with this issue, just double check to make sure that your /boot/grub/menu.lst matches that perfectly, (the windows portion) and you're all set. Thanks for the quick response!
