Install with pacmaan with ./configure options

Hello I want to install package gtkdatabox 0.9.1.3-1 from here http://www.archlinux.org/packages/commu … tkdatabox/ . But I want to use gtkdatabox (this is gtk library) with glade. For make it I need to used ./configure --enable-libglade when i build from source. Can I set configure options/flags with pacman?
