Broadcom 4321 not working

I have been assigned to use a new CPU on my work, they use wireless only network and gave me an old Broadcom NIC

03:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4321 802.11a/b/g/n (rev 03)

I can use any OS that I want (arch) but when I boot the iso, it doesn't seem to use the card. Back home I did a search and found the module needed for that card is b43 or b43legacy so I downloaded it and created the package from AUR on my home computer, come back to work and try to boot arch and install b43 and modprobe it but nothing happends, I don't see the interface anywhere, lspci returns the code above and lsmod tells me the b43 is loaded but iwconfig and ip link doesn't return a wireless interface. Is there something I'm missing or doing wrong?

According to the b43 project the support for your card is partial and you need broadcom-wl.
If you want to use b43 you need to install the firmware, refer to the wiki.

Yes, I saw that, but there is a warning too that says it causes more problems than solve them. Is it safe to use it?

Idk why that warning is there. I've used this driver for 2 years, before my BCM 4311 was supported and I'm using it on my new laptop which currently doesn't have support from b43. I haven't had any problems with system instability (Years ago i needed to reload the driver every once in a while, but it has matured quite a bit).... I should probably edit the entry to be something not as threatening...
