Is possible to do this?

This doesn't seem to work for me; perhaps I am doing something wrong. xev tells me that the key code for the wireless key combo (Fn+F2) is 246 (The keycode for F2 on its own is 68). I added
keycode 246 =
to $HOME/.Xmodmap but the key still works (I can turn wireless on and off with it). A similar line works to disable Caps Lock (keycode 66), so I know that .Xmodmap is being read and that a similar approach works for other keys.

It is a hardware switch. Perhaps there is a bios setting for it. Certainly nothing within X can affect it. I'd be surprised if anything within arch could affect it unless it were a specific tool to interact with the bios.

I was afraid of that. Thanks for the knowledge.

I am surprised I can't do this.
For example F1 key, to switch display isn't detect correctly by xev, and it is not necessary key, working good.
