so, what should i do now?
"mv old_lib lib" and then follow the wiki?

btw i mounted /boot in order to do "pacman -r /mnt/blah -S linux"
but it does still say that /proc is not mounted

Okay. Go back in with a livecd and reinstall your kernel. Read up on chroot:

That page should explain to you on mounting proc, etc..etc..
