netcfg-ppp-mobile

As my primary network connection is a ppp one using a mobile broadband, and it took me ages to find enough information on setting it up, I've packaged the scripts found on our wonderful wiki and added some extra CHAT scripts to connect to various APNs. At the moment there's only support for the Australian ISPs iiNet and Optus (as those are the only two I use), but it should be trivial to extend this with additional APNs and CHAT scripts.

As the APN, mode, and pin are set using symlinks to the correct file, it should be similarly trivial to write a script that can switch these by recreating those links, though I haven't attempted this yet.

I've been using these connections for three months with no major issues, and it works fine with both sysvinit and systemd too. Systemd does have a tendency to not communicate with netcfg properly if an interface is taken down or the USB dongle unplugged because it keeps restarting pppd.
