steps for to install on other architectures

Dear All,

I'm a newbie on archlinux.
I write some steps on wiki.

There list some steps which I assume.
Wish there have any experienced users can help to correct it.
I'm still not successful download all base packages's source, I guess that caused by wrong link.
So, I can't compile all BASE package on date 2005/10/1.

I wish oneday,  could do it successful.

makeworld download source failed, I'll try download by manual

Orginally, I setting wget timeout to 5 seconds, after skip the '-T 5' option,
now only left 4 package source missing.

[root@pc i586]# grep fail build.log
[Oct 02 20:48]  gcc build failed
[Oct 02 20:49]  pacman build failed
[Oct 02 20:54]  slocate build failed
[Oct 02 20:54]  syslog-ng build failed

after download retry, and change mirror on PKGBUILD of gcc, I've succeful download all ( except the slocate, the main site's name is removed from dns).

I've modified the PKGBUILD of gcc-4.0.2-1 for successful compile.

Now, I'm trying to do the kernel26 compile.
