KDE 3.4.1 -> 3.4.2

Hi,

when searching http://archlinux.org/packages.php for kdebase, it tells me that the current version is 3.4.2-5. But this is only available as source, right? When doing "pacman -Sy kdebase" resp. "pacman -Sy kde" it tells me that my verson 3.4.1-4 is already up to date. AFAIU I'd have to do it all manually using ABS, right? Or are there already binaries for that? How could I have found them?

Thanks

It has nothing to do with 3.5. Probably your mirror has not updated yet.

Re: KDE 3.4.1 -> 3.4.2

Thanks for your replies.

So I have to update the files in /etc/pacman.de/ manually, right? And there's no functionality in pacman that informs me that the server I'm currently using isn't up to date?

Wouldn't it be useful if the searchengine at http://archlinux.org/packages.php would tell me which servers are hosting the version which is displayed in the result list of the searchengine? Just a thought.

All mirrors should have been updated from now I think.

If no mirrors are listed in /etc/pacman.conf, the mirrors from /etc/pacman.d/ will be used.
