how do i use pkgbuild

ok so all this time i see people talking about they have some pkgbuilds for arch and give some code that they call it pkgbuild , but i cant seem to find the way to use this code, i looked on the wiki with the word "pkgbuild" and it showes me something about kernel and pkgbuild , and alos looked on the forum with "pkgbuild" and it shows some topics but nothing about how to use pkgbuild.

I would really but really apreciate if someone tells me what is this pkgbuild code and what do i have to do with it

and any help would be really apreciated , thanx in advance.

thank u guys i finally got how pkgbuilds works , i was looking also "man pkgbuild" but nothing showed up, maybe cause its was "man makepkg" !!
