[SOLVED] Force removal of a package?

Is there a way to override pacman's dependency error checking when removing a package?

I am migrating my system from 32 to 64 bit architecture, and I had mesa-full installed from the AUR; thus my mesa installation didn't migrate with the rest of the base system when I migrated the architecture of core packages. To keep a long story short, in order to recompile a new mesa-full-i915 package from the AUR, I need to first install a 64-bit mesa package; however, pacman won't let me remove the conflicting mesa-full package due to applications depending on it. I'm not really into the idea of removing and then reinstalling every application depending on mesa because... well... it's a hell of a lot, and involves things like my video drivers.

I figured it was worth asking before I go gallivanting in with an -f flag if there's an elegant way of doing it.

Ah. The -dd. Obviously, I didn't read closely enough the first time. Thanks!
