hi,
i have dropbox installed in my system.
everything is perfect except for the little icon in the tray,

e.g.: kupfer has bigger icon than dropbox
is it normal?

Check out your panel's configuration or the tray applet that you're using. I'm in OpenBox too and I'm using BmPanel2 with it's tray. I like small icons so I opted to keep it in the default setting.

I see the same thing on KDE although I can't say it has worried me greatly. The kfilebox icon is regular size, but the dropbox icon itself is smaller. (The disparity isn't as great as in your picture but it is definitely there. Maybe it lacks an icon of the appropriate size? Or should it scale the 256 one down?)
