Multiple tty on start up

Hi all,

When I log in as a user, it comes up with multiple tty1 terminals saying something like "Logged in to tty1. Last used xx/xx/xx" but there are two of these --- though they do have different dates. I'd post the exact output if I knew how. Oh, and it's only started happening after I updated a month or so ago.

Does anyone know why this?

Cheers

Re: Multiple tty on start up

Thanks, I'll have a look when I'm home. I Googled things --- I never knew when there were .pacnew files being created, but apparently pacman outputs it. I guess I'll have to go find them all now!

Cheers
