Ethernet controller: Marvell 88E8001 problem

Ok first of all I wanted to tell that I love arch linux it was (and probably still is) my fav distro wich just suits me so I am desperate to make it work.
The problem is, on every other distro my lan connection and dhcp just works out of the box but on Arch Linux live i had to use my crappy wlan to just install base system. This is really dissapointing because I could install any other working distro but it won't be Arch... So i think that the kernel module might be buggy...
So here is "lspci" log (it's from fedora 17 live cd but i am sure that on arch live it is the same)

last five lines repeat all the time so it looks like system cant just force itsef to accept that the freaking cable is connected -.-'
I tried to use netcfg to configure the lan connection and i got the same results on the other hand the wlan connection works like magic but it is unreilable because it disconnects a lot (7 year old pci card so yeah... it is quite crappy) Can you help me? Please i don't want to swich distros...

oh yeah I use the 64bit version

I have the same issue with the same controller when running the Arch LiveCD (2012.10.06). Previously been using Arch just fine, but broke something by not updating regularly enough (was away and then I moved lalala), and couldn't be arsed fixing it, so here I am, reinstalling... durppp

Any ideas?

I have same issue but with atheros ethernet integrated.

Downgrading linux kernel 3.5.6 > 3.5.5 seems to resolve. I need to test more.

EDIT: well, I tested more and the problem is my router, disconnect ethernet for milisec, not arch or kernel problem, sorry.
